Deck Refinishing & Restoration 
The Pro Deck Treatment Services division of Smoker Painting, Inc. offers professional stripping, cleaning, staining, restoration and repairs to your deck.
We strip and or clean your deck to remove old stain, mildew and dirt. After stripping we use a commercial grade brightener to restore the woods natural color and beauty as well achieve a proper pH balance. In most cases the next step is to sand the deck to achieve the best possible surface to receive new stain. And finally after sufficient drying time we apply deep penetrating semi-transparent oil stain or solid color acrylic stain.
We also replace weathered and damaged floor boards, hand rails, balusters and lattice.
Deck Maintenance Service Agreements
We take the hassle out of maintaining your deck with our Deck Maintenance Service Agreement. The annual Deck Maintenance Service Agreement fee covers the following:
- INSPECT: After a visual inspection of your deck we will provide a Check List and Estimate for any extensive repairs that may be required.
- REPAIR: Reset any nails or screws that may have become loose, re-tack loose lattice, etc.
- CLEAN: Clean your deck using safe, biodegradable detergent and power washer.
Service fee is for one annual visit. Multiple visit requests will incur additional charges.
